"not a lot to Pick From"
I went on Mountain West Conference thinking I’d find a decent amount of stuff to browse, but the selection felt limited.

A bunch of the categories I clicked on only had a few things in them, and some looked like they were out of stock or just missing altogether. it made the whole shopping thing kind of frustrating.

I ended up leaving and checking other sites instead. Maybe they have good deals once in a while, but if you’re looking for actual choices, this really isn’t it.

"Pretty good deal, I think?"
I looked around at a few other sites, and the pricing here seemed fair. I’m not totally sure if it was the absolute cheapest option, but for what I got, it felt like a good value. Didn’t feel ripped off or anything, so yeah, I’d probably use it again...

"Customer service took a while"
I had to wait longer than I expected to hear back from customer service . When they finally replied , the response felt a bit short and not all that helpful . My issue did get fixed eventually , but it took way more back and forth than it should have . Not terrible , just frustrating .

I ordered a top from themw.com it was a letdown. The fabric felt cheap right away, and the stitching was messy in a few spots. For what I paid, I expected way better. That themw place isn’t getting another order from me

"Sizing runs really small"
I was disappointed with the fit because it came way too small. You’d definitely want to size up if you’re thinking about getting it.

"Confusing site and felt like nobody was behind it"
I found the site frustrating to use. The pages felt all over the place, a few links didn’t go where I thought they would, and it took way too long just to find basic information. After a while I gave up. It also had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person there to help or guide you, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from themw.com thinking it’d show up quick. Like, a few days maybe. Nope. It just kind of sat there, and the tracking barely changed. I kept checking it myself because there wasn’t really any useful update. By the time the package finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Just frustrating all around

"Easy return, just not exactly speedy"
I ordered the wrong size and had to send it back for an exchange. I’m usually a bit skeptical when companies make returns sound “simple and seamless,” because half the time that just means you’re about to click through five pages of nonsense. But this was actually straightforward. The instructions were clear enough, and I got the refund update a few days later. It wasn’t super fast, but it did get handled without much drama.
